Well well well folks! Time to listen up!
Ottawa-based performance artist DANNiEL OiCKLE is preparing for the debut of THE CORRUPTiON of FLESH – premiering at Club SAW Gallery, November 18th, 2011. CORRUPTiON is the live show based on OiCKLE’S self-produced electro-poetic album POiSON APPLES and OTHER DELiCACiES, released last summer. PAOD is an album packed with religious, sexual and psychological themes set against danceable beats; and since its release, OiCKLE has been enjoying watching the public’s response to the fruits of his labor.
Joining OiCKLE at Club SAW Gallery for this event will be myself and chanteuse extraordinaire OLEXANDRA PRUCHNiCKY – providing back-up support and hopefully much much more. Our trio of sorts has worked together before, but THE CORRUPTiON of FLESH is unlike anything I have worked on and because of this I encourage all of you to come see the show – what you can expect is the unexpected, and I can attest to the sweet, talented and creative man that DANNiEL OiCKLE is. He has a distinct point of view – one I certainly think is worth listening to.
